I’ve compiled a list of FAQs about becoming a Norwex Consultant to help sort through your questions!
How do I sign up?
It’s simple to sign up, everything is electronic and you sign up right online! Once you sign up you will officially be a part of Team Sparkle On! Before you sign up, I’d suggest reading through this post because there will be a few questions that come up. And there is also an option upgrade your Starter Kit with a kit builder package. These packages are only available when you sign up and are also offered with a greater discount. How much will it cost me to sign up?
It’s only $9.99 for shipping and you can earn your starter kit FREE! Norwex gives you 90 days to sell $2,000 worth of products. Now before you freak out about TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, the average party is $600. So that’s about 3 or 4 average parties over 3 months. Who can’t give this a 4 party try? But what IF you don’t meet your $2,000 goal in 90 days, you pay $200 for your starter kit on day 90, and it’s worth close to $300 so you’re still getting a great deal. Plus you’ll have a 35% discount to use for your future purchases! Here is something else to consider, even if you ONLY sell $600 worth of product (one average party), you just made $210 with your 35% commission which is enough to pay for your starter kit AND shipping. Free is my favorite price tag!
What is my commission or discount?
All consultants make a 35% commission (or a 35% discount on purchased product), whether you have been with the company for 1 day or 10 years. The average party is about $200 in commission. So the more parties you do the more money you make. The sky is the limit! There are also 7 levels of leadership you can progress through to make even more money as you grow your team!

Will the Starter Kit be enough to launch my business?
The most popular products are included in your starter kit and you will be well on your way to beginning your new business. However, when you sign up there is an option to upgrade your starter kit. This upgrade is only available when you sign up, so don’t miss this opportunity to add more products to start your business or your stash and at a greater savings than the normal 35% discount. The upgrade is called a Starter Kit Builder Package. There are three kit builder packages to choose from that can ONLY be added at the time of enrollment. The three kit builder packages are the Silver Package, Gold Package and Platinum Package. The Gold Package and the Platinum Package automatically qualify you for Fresh Start Step 1 (explained next) and you earn another $139 in FREE Norwex products!
Are there bonuses to jump start my business?
YES! Norwex also rewards you with up to $700 in FREE product for hitting smaller sales goals and growing your team within your first 90 days. This is called the FreshSTART Program. You will be rewarded for hitting sales and recruiting goals at the 15 day, 30 day and 90 day markers. Fresh Step 1 shown in the first photo is earn when the starter kit is upgraded to the Gold Kit Builder Package or Platinum Kit Builder Package! The recruiting goals are met when you have recruits join with in your first 90 days! What a better way to learn a new business than with a friend along your side!
What are the minimum requirements to remain a consultant?
To remain active you only need to sell $250 in product in one month every rolling 6 months. The average party is $600, so one party every rolling six months will keep you active! There is no annual renewal fee as long as you meet this minimum requirement. If you are buying product for yourself that would only be $162.50 in product with your 35% discount in one month every rolling six months. For example, if you host a party or place an order in January of $250+ retail you will be engaged. To maintain your consultant discount you will need to minimally place another $250 retail order in the month of June.
Are there any monthly fees?
Only one optional monthly fee…but you should totally do it! As a new consultant you can enroll in a free 60 day trial of the Office Suite. Yes FREE for 60 days, then yes sign up! After the free trial, Office Suite is $9.99 per month, but worth every penny! There is also an Office Suite Plus option. This option includes Sqweee, an online party platform, for an additional $11.95 a month.
What is the worst case scenario? No such thing!
You pay $9.99 for shipping for your starter kit. If you don’t sell a PENNY you would pay $200 at the end of 90 days for your starter kit (it’s worth over $270!) and enjoy a 35% discount for as long as you are a consultant. Not so bad, huh?
Do I have to do parties?
No, but you should! 🙂 Many people sign up just for the discount, and then after they use the products and see how amazing everything is they end up telling everyone around them. And voilà, you have yourself the start of a potentially successful business. Plus Norwex is SO GENEROUS to consultants, you’ll find yourself wanting to earn all of the incentives they offer, like the FreshStart Program. You can do in-home parties, Facebook parties, catalog parties, vendor event, and even one-on-one demos! Plus, when I am your sponsor I am here to help you along the way, I always suggest hosting one party for yourself. This could be enough to earn one or all FreshStart rewards and earn your starter kit for free. Plus, you are the hostess, so you would also earn the hostess rewards!

What if I decide Norwex Consulting isn’t for me?
Remember, selling or purchasing $250 retail ($162.50 with your discount) for yourself and close friends and family every six months will keep you active. This allows you to continue to use the discount or pick up your business later. If you decide to close this chapter, you will not be penalized, there are no cancellation fees, and it is always an option, you are not trapped.
